Our history begins in 2010,
and to this day a great work has been accomplished:
Cesynt Advanced Solutions is the first Italian innovative SME
to be listed in an international stock market.
From S.R.L. in 2010 to S.P.A. in 2019
The first Italian Innovative SME to be listed
in an internationla stock market.
Pioneers in digital training
The company was born in 2010 with the ambition to create an internet service for the continuing mandatory training of professionals.
The growth of the company is steady and already after a few years it become a leader in the e-learning education for lawyers.
In addition to training events,
Cesynt Advanced Solutions srl
develops the Iskilled® software,
an LMS (Learning Managemet System)
with advanced features.
We develop
cutting-edge technology
iSkilled®, thanks to its unique features, becomes
the first italian LMS | Learning Managment System
to have the biometrics feature that, thanks to facial recognition, allows to have the certainty that the user following the lesson is really the one that will acquire the training certificate.
Biometrics is used also to avoid the unauthorized use of the training events. In fact, it is possible that a training event is transferred (or sold) to unauthorized third parties. In this case the lesson does not take place since the user is unrecognized and not authorized.
Crowdfunding success
In 2017 the first crowdfunding campaign is launched,
it closes with a huge success raising 250.000 Euro.
The next year it becomes the first Italian SME,
and the only one to this day, to distribute dividends to his members
after just under a year from the investment.
Remarkable the amount of the sum distributed to each member
amounting to the 20% of the investment for the purchase of shares.
In 2019 the transformation in S.P.A.
The copany turns from S.R.L. to S.P.A.
and decides on an increase of capital.
The value of the company is established from experts and is settled to
9 millions of Euro.
Cesynt Adavanced Solutions S.P.A. becomes the first Italian Innovative SME to start a crowdlisting campaign with simultaneous IPO collection.
The initial public offering (IPO) is a mandatory requirement
to obtain the listing of its securities ona regulated market.
Listing on Euronext in Paris
The fundraising closes with success: in a month 1.200.000 Euro has been raised. The shares are sold on the market for 1,44 Euro.
At the close of the campaign the listing procedures on
Euronext in Paris starts, and it will be completed by October 2020.
To this day the value of Cesynt's shares has gone up to 1,80 Euro
with an increase of the value of the security +25% in only one year.
The capitalization of the company exceeds 10.000.000 Euro.
9 Ottobre 2020: announced the purchase of the italian stock exchange by Euronext.
